• Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on your location.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
• Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update.
• Some orders may arrive in separate packages, as products may be shipped from different fulfillment centers.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information.
• International customers may be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country.
• If your order arrives damaged or you experience a shipping issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you.
